Mold Testing Process
Step 1: Conducting The Mold Inspection
Mold inspections doesn't take long to perform. The mold inspector will also perform an air quality and/or direct sample test to help identify the scale of the problem.
- Mold Inspection - Environmental Assessment and visually inspecting for signs of mold
- Testing For Mold - Bulk and surface sampling, and air quality analysis
Step 2: Sending Mold Samples and Analysis For Evalution
That test will be shipped to an accredited 3rd party lab for analysis. We'll contact you back within a couple of days and provide a copy of the 3rd party lab results, and a full report from us.
Step 3: Recieve Results and A Quote To Remove The Mold
We'll send you the lab results, and attach a report that will explain the lab findings and our analysis in easy to understand terms. It will also include a plan of action for mold remediation and removing the source of mold growth, if one is identified from the mold inspection.
